Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Dogwaala. We currently offer both on-site services (dog training and grooming) and, in the future, plan to sell & ship physical products (training aids, toys, grooming kits). This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle orders for physical products, how delivery is scheduled for at-home services, and related procedures.

1. Scope

This policy covers:

  • Shipping of physical products purchased online from dogwaala.in.
  • Scheduling and delivery of in-person services (training & grooming).
  • Returns, refunds, damaged items and support related to deliveries.

2. Shipping Areas & Service Coverage

Products: We currently ship within India. Shipping is available to most cities; some remote areas may have restrictions. If an address is outside our shipping network, we'll contact you with options.

On-site services: We provide home visits for training and grooming in Gurgaon and South Delhi (Saket, Malviya Nagar, Hauz Khas, GK etc.).

3. Processing Time

Products: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays). Processing includes payment verification, quality check, and handover to the courier partner.

Services: After booking, you will receive confirmation within 1–3 hours. Sessions typically begin within 24–48 hours depending on trainer availability.

4. Delivery Time & Options (Products)

  • Standard Domestic Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on city and courier network.
  • Express Delivery: Available at checkout for many pincodes — 1–3 business days (additional charge).
  • Tracking: After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp so you can follow your order.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on order weight, dimensions and delivery pincode. Charges are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — details will be displayed on the product/checkout page.

6. Packaging

Products are packed securely for transit. Fragile items will have additional protective packaging. If you receive an item that appears damaged externally, please ask the courier to note the damage and contact us immediately.

7. Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and the product.
  2. Contact our support within 48 hours at info@dogwaala.in or WhatsApp +91 8595490232.
  3. We will evaluate and arrange for replacement, return, or refund depending on the situation.

8. Returns & Refunds (Products)

Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery for unopened/unused products (policy may vary per SKU — check product page for specifics).

  • Return shipping cost: Usually borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Services)

Service bookings can be rescheduled with at least 4 hours’ notice free of charge. Last-minute cancellations (less than 4 hours) may be subject to partial charge. Full-package cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of booking — after sessions begin, refunds apply only to unused sessions per company rules.

10. International Orders

At present, we do not ship products internationally. If you require international shipping, please email info@dogwaala.in with product and delivery details and we will provide a custom quote (may involve customs, taxes and higher shipping fees).

11. Payment & Confirmation

We accept online payments via Razorpay, UPI and QR codes. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation with estimated dispatch & delivery details.

12. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp. Use the tracking number on the courier partner’s website to view live updates.

13. Force Majeure & Delays

Delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen events (extreme weather, strikes, courier disruptions, public holidays, or government restrictions). We will keep customers informed and arrange alternate delivery slots when possible.
