If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

You means the individual or legal entity using the Service.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which You received the Goods.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by email:

If approved, We will reimburse You within 14 days from the day We receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the Order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The Goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days
The Goods must be unused and in original packaging

The following Goods are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized products
Perishable or expired items
Hygiene-related items once unsealed
Items damaged due to misuse

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless required by law.

Important Notes:

Products sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and properly packed.
Customers are responsible for damage during return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Refunds cannot be processed without receipt of the returned Goods.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued once the return is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
